Types of Messages

All text messages sent by us are transactional and not promotional. You can expect to receive:

  • Care plan updates and notifications.
  • Scheduling confirmations and caregiver arrival alerts (Delivery Notifications).
  • Customer Care and support follow-up.

General Terms

  • Messaging Frequency: Message frequency will vary based on your personal care schedule and support needs.
  • Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Valentine's Home Care is not responsible for charges from your mobile carrier.
